The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the facility to ensure assessments are completed per guidelines with a focus on the resident assessment process.
This role involves tracking and monitoring facility effective utilization of PDPM tools including Physician Diagnosis Verification and Weekly CSR reports.
The incumbent must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information while ensuring accurate and timely completion of all MDS Assessments.
