Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Fundamentals of statistical process control (SPC)
  • Knowledge of CVD chemistries and logic circuits
  • Experience with process recipe transfer and qualification
  • Ability to monitor SPC charts and maintain process health

  • Basic project management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications
  • Understanding of wafer recovery and tool UI navigation
  • Collaboration experience with device physicists and fab leaders

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, Materials Eng, Physics, or Chemistry
  • Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
