This role serves as the BPO for Demand Planning & IBP process enablement, focusing on Anaplan and OMP platform enhancements to support scalable digital capabilities.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience with ERP systems like SAP and advanced planning tools such as OMP or Anaplan to translate business needs into prioritized backlogs.

6 years relevant work experience
ERP (preferably SAP) and Advanced Planning Systems

Data Lake or semantic layer knowledge
KPI definition and governance expertise

Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
APICS or IBF Supply Chain Certification
PMP or FPX Project Management Certification
Agility Jumps methodology experience
Cross-functional team leadership skills
Key Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
