Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the inspection, researching, evaluation, and estimation of repairs in addition to the proper coding of and preparation of Billing Repair Card estimates & documentation required to maintain company, lessee, and customer fleets.
  • The incumbent must possess a working knowledge of current Fleet Repair Standards, AAR & FRA regulations, and keep up-to-date on continually emerging changes/additions to these standards and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years’ relevant work experience
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Strong background knowledge of AAR and FRA rule administration
  • Understanding of tank car design, components and regulatory requirements
  • Working knowledge of computers (AS400, Lotus Notes, MS Office)
