This role involves assisting the management team and providing support to Loan Resolution staff while delivering best-in-class service to members.
The incumbent is responsible for determining member willingness to pay, setting up repayment schedules, and educating members regarding loan delinquencies.
The position requires serving as a mentor for daily operations, reviewing workflow accuracy, and executing tasks such as repossession, foreclosure, and charge-offs.
