Job Summary

  • The purpose of this role is to support the Senior Manager Employee Relations in managing labor relations, union engagement, legal compliance, and staff communication.
  • Your Responsibilities Will Include preparing monthly and annual Employee Relations reports, supporting committee organization, drafting meeting minutes, and assisting in disciplinary case follow-up.
