The purpose of this role is to support the Senior Manager Employee Relations in managing labor relations, union engagement, legal compliance, and staff communication.
Your Responsibilities Will Include preparing monthly and annual Employee Relations reports, supporting committee organization, drafting meeting minutes, and assisting in disciplinary case follow-up.
