Essential duties include coordinating and participating in resident care, managing IVs, supervising and instructing nursing staff, performing skilled care assessments, and responding to changes in resident condition.
The role involves participating in the development and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program, overseeing care plan development, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
