As a Dispute Resolution Officer, you will participate in dispute resolution at the Personal Injury Commission (PIC) workers insurance stream to pro-actively assist in the management and, where possible early resolution of disputes, ensuring positive outcomes are maximised.
Your responsibilities include attending the Personal Injury Commission (PIC) as EML’s representative for litigation events and liaising with specialists, legal providers, and barristers.
