The primary responsibility of the RN Supervisor is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
Essential duties include coordinating and participating in resident care, managing and administering IVs, and supervising LVN/LPN Nurses, Treatment Nurses, and CNAs.
The role involves participating in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program for the nursing department.

Key Requirements
