The CDM Analyst is responsible for ensuring ease of use of data by establishing processes for data management activities and utilizing customer data in personalizing customer experiences.
This role involves working with various RX BUs and teams to develop and establish an efficient and compliant flow of data and data usage from CRM and registration systems to campaigns and projects.
Key accountabilities include data process management, data governance adherence to global privacy laws, and marketing data list extractions and segmentation.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in data management and processes in Salesforce and Oracle Business Intelligence
Understanding of data gathering, inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling techniques
General knowledge on GDPR and other data privacy laws
Intermediate skills on MS Office, Expert with Microsoft Excel
