  • Define scalable architectural patterns for end-to-end implementation of the Salesforce suite, including AI, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, and integration technologies, while championing the use of trusted AI.
  • Establish and grow a global community of Salesforce architects across customers, system integrators (SIs), and ISVs to share best practices, patterns, and platform innovation.
