Job Summary

  • This is a pivotal leadership role within the FCA, combining strategic advisory responsibility at the highest levels of the organisation, with accountability for a large and high-performing communications function.
  • The Director leads on all internal communications in the FCA, engaging and inspiring our 5,500 strong workforce across London, Leeds and Edinburgh.
  • The role also carries significant enterprise leadership responsibility, contributing to the FCA’s broader strategic agenda and will be central to the FCA’s ambition to become more digital and data-led.
