Job Summary
This is a pivotal leadership role within the FCA, combining strategic advisory responsibility at the highest levels of the organisation, with accountability for a large and high-performing communications function.
The Director leads on all internal communications in the FCA, engaging and inspiring our 5,500 strong workforce across London, Leeds and Edinburgh.
The role also carries significant enterprise leadership responsibility, contributing to the FCA’s broader strategic agenda and will be central to the FCA’s ambition to become more digital and data-led.
