The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in transformation, particularly in retail or FMCG, and will be responsible for executing complex programs and driving collaboration among various teams
Job Summary
This is a high-impact role for a transformation-focused individual contributor who thrives on turning strategy into action, delivering complex initiatives, and embedding new ways of working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
You’ll lead the execution and delivery of major transformation programs, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and Centres of Excellence.
