Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Sterile processing and instrument assembly
High Level Disinfection (HLD) processing
Sterilization equipment operation and maintenance
Working night shifts with rotating weekends
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Nice-to-have
Experience with orthopedic and cardiovascular instruments
Ability to work independently under stressful conditions
Knowledge of manufacturer’s IFU cleaning protocols
Key Requirements
Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPDT) or Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)
High school diploma or equivalent
Full-time availability for 40 hours per week
Ability to work night shifts Monday through Friday
