Job Summary
Identify recurring patterns from customer engagements and abstract them into foundry standards, systemizing and automating them across other technologies and customers.
Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) to support customer improvement projects, respond to process issues, and manage communication between customers and the factory.
Collaborate with Technology Development and internal teams to import new technology, identify root causes of yield/performance issues, and implement mitigation plans to meet production targets.
