Key Requirements

Minimum 10 years recent captive management experience

Experience in GAAP and IFRS financial reporting
Expert knowledge of investment and insurance accounting
Excellent knowledge of local regulations and procedures
Familiarity with captive policy structures and tax matters
Minimum 5 years recent supervisory or managerial experience
