Job Summary

  • The RCA Analyst / Senior Analyst will support the execution of the operational risk and control framework across CIB USA, with a strong emphasis on the admission, coordination, monitoring, and governance of new initiatives under the updated Operational Risk process.
  • This role will serve as a key point of coordination among Sponsors, Engineering RCA, support areas, and business stakeholders to ensure that initiatives are appropriately reviewed, challenged, documented, and routed through the relevant governance path.
  • The position offers strong exposure to Front Office businesses, support functions, and senior stakeholders across the CIB environment.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting governance processes
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
