Job Summary
This newly created position represents a key investment in strengthening our sourcing leadership by bringing in a transformative leader who can drive strategic change and act as a trusted business partner across the enterprise.
Lead and develop a high-performing sourcing organization of ~150 global professionals, including approximately 6-8 Director-level leaders.
Partner closely with global manufacturing sites and supply chain operations to ensure sourcing strategies are embedded in material planning, capacity readiness, and production execution.
