Job Summary

  • Provide Level 1 support by taking ownership of incidents, troubleshooting based on SOPs, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting for IT operations issues related to Windows Servers, Linux Servers, or Network, including LAN/WLAN connectivity and VoIP phones.
  • Handle user support administration tasks such as password resets, account unlocking, provisioning/deprovisioning, software installations, VPN configuration, and printer setups.

  • Windows Servers or Linux Servers or Network

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months to 02 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor in any stream
  • MCSA or MCSE or RHCE certifications
  • Nairobi & Kenya citizenship
