Job Summary
Provide Level 1 support by taking ownership of incidents, troubleshooting based on SOPs, and resolving issues promptly.
Perform technical troubleshooting for IT operations issues related to Windows Servers, Linux Servers, or Network, including LAN/WLAN connectivity and VoIP phones.
Handle user support administration tasks such as password resets, account unlocking, provisioning/deprovisioning, software installations, VPN configuration, and printer setups.
