Job Summary
Manage a team of 8-10 controls engineers ensuring successful execution of projects, initiatives, & processes for electric powertrain controls design and development.
Provide technical leadership with accountability for controls integration of electric power source (batteries, chargers, engines, generators, etc.) and electric drivetrain (inverters, converters, electric motors, etc.) content.
Demonstrate strong communication skills with both technical and commercial acumen able to translate direct customer requirements into concept designs that exceed customer expectations.
