As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will lead high-impact Workday implementations, serving as the bridge between sales, delivery, and the C-suite.
You will drive the 'Gold Standard' by becoming a certified expert in Workday’s Implementation Methodology, leveraging it to lead 1 to 2 large-sized projects simultaneously to successful 'Go-Live.'
You will manage project scope and budgets with a firm but fair hand, identifying risks early, resolving conflicts with client PMs, and executing change orders when the scope evolves.
