• The Client Service Associate assists in producing and delivering periodic investment reports to clients by collecting and documenting report requirements from various internal departments and supporting the creation and management of new report templates.
• This role partners closely with teams across product, distribution, operations, technology, shareholder services, and third-party administrators to build client servicing capabilities that deliver an outstanding client experience.
