Job Summary

  • The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success system-wide in a fast paced, high-energy environment while strengthening the company’s image as the employer of choice.
  • Performs a variety of duties relative to the recruiting and hiring function including but not limited to sourcing, recruiting, advertising, screening, attending job fairs, conducting telephone interviews to identify top candidates, scheduling face-to-face interviews between the top candidates and hiring managers and handling post-offer requirements.
