The team is mobile and delivers services in community locations to enable consumers to find and live in their own residence while working in community jobs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's degree in Human Service
Bachelor's degree in Human Service fields
Valid Driver's License
Ability to drive organization vehicle
Act 33/34/73 clearances required
Nice-to-have
Vocational rehabilitation experience preferred
Networking experience preferred
Holistic view of client treatment
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
Key Requirements
1 year practical experience with Master's degree OR 3 years experience with Bachelor's degree
Clear Act 33/34/73 criminal, child, and FBI checks
Pre-employment drug screen clearance
Valid Driver's License and ability to drive company vehicle
