Job Summary

  • As an Allegion Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you will contribute meaningful work and make a direct impact to the Assembly, Coatings, Fabrication, and New Product Development projects in the Exits business unit.
  • You will gain valuable experience in tooling, equipment and process design as you support new product launches, apply problem solving tools and make improvements in our existing manufacturing processes.
  • This role will be a full-time summer internship (10-12 weeks) based at our Indianapolis Exits facility, offering a competitive hourly rate and a flexible start date between May and June ending in August.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Previous work experience preferred
