The jobholder will be responsible for driving change management within the Propulsion Engineering perimeter at Airbus.
The role involves working closely with different design offices, Risk Sharing Partners, and Engine Manufacturers to drive engineering changes towards closure on time, on cost, and on quality.
The position offers opportunities to propose and implement improvements and innovations to make existing processes leaner and digitize workflows.

Project Management and Stakeholder Management
Experience with PDM/VPM tools
Change Management in Propulsion Engineering

Design Experience on Wing-Pylon-Engine Integration
Exposure to Airframe Specific Design Activities
Awareness of Airbus Processes and Methods

Subcontracting Management Experience

Key Requirements
Bachelor or Master Degree in Aerospace, Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
3 to 5 years experience in Propulsion, Cabin, Airframe Engineering or Configuration Management
Experience in Propulsion, Pylons, Nacelles, Airframe, Cabin, or Systems design
Entry Level experience
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
