Job Summary

  • This role involves actively contributing to developing employees and reinforcing ING's continuous learning culture through the analysis of training needs.
  • The intern will support the planning, organization, and logistics of training sessions while managing mandatory courses for new employees.
  • Candidates must be currently enrolled students capable of providing a valid school convention to participate in this 6-to-12-month internship.
