• The NPI Manager is responsible for transforming validated performance concepts into scalable, deployable, and supportable MineStar performance solutions that deliver measurable value at customer sites.
• This role owns performance solutions end‑to‑end, from concept handover through production readiness, deployment approval, and long‑term sustainment.
