Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor or Administrator promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting them to various areas within the facility.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs and record data accurately
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information

Collaborate effectively with inter-departmental personnel

Key Requirements
Must possess 10th grade education minimum
