Salary
Base: $86,800 - $165,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off

Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
5 years quality engineering experience
Heat treat welding plasma coating shot peening
NADCAP requirements compliance
Root cause analysis for nonconformances
Nice-to-have
Six Sigma or ASQ certifications
Pratt & Whitney Canada engine program support
Continuous improvement initiative leadership
ASTM AMS aerospace standard familiarity
Supplier qualification and validation experience
Key Requirements
