The Assistant Facility Manager will be responsible for managing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations & all civil maintenance within the facility, including overseeing M&E contractors and ensuring quality work practices.
This role requires achieving excellence in preventive maintenance, energy conservation, and managing M&E operations to meet client requirements and performance targets.
