Job Summary
This role provides proactive, strengths-based support to young people who are marginalised, disconnected from services or experiencing homelessness.
The position offers a well-balanced package including SCHADS Level 4 pay, remote area housing benefits up to $31,800 tax-free, and relocation assistance.
Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice while working effectively with young people aged 14–24.
