Job Summary
Partner with divisions and business units to support the administration and adoption of the Xactly platform and end-to-end sales incentive compensation architecture.
Develop new capabilities in Xactly that will drive operational excellence to Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, HR, and other partnering functions globally.
Act as an internal technical consultant responsible for configuring core sales comp plans & incentives as well as partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ideate & develop scalable solutions.
