This role supports Invenergy's mission to deliver reliable, affordable energy through diverse power infrastructure projects including solar, wind, and natural gas.
The Associate will lead construction compliance activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Prevailing Wages, Davis-Bacon Act, and other regulatory requirements.
Candidates will manage document control structures, conduct audits, and develop processes while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external consultants.

Salary
Base: $93,000.00 - $108,000.00 USD; Bonus: 20% - 30%; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
3 years of document control and/or process auditing experience
