3+ years Business Development experience
NDIS pricing and categories knowledge
CHSP and Home Care Package funding understanding
Referral pathway development skills
Tender and panel management experience
Valid driver's license and own car
Full unrestricted working rights in Australia

Experience with aged care and disability providers
Strong clinical awareness and integrity
Data-driven pipeline management approach
Ability to mentor team members
Flexibility to travel across eastern seaboard
Key Requirements
3+ years in Home Care or Aged Care BD
Understanding of NDIS and CHSP funding models
Proven success in building referral networks
Valid Australian driver's license and vehicle
Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
