Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Transactional legal experience minimum four years
Direct experience negotiating digital licensing agreements
J.D. degree and active license to practice law
Experience with content licensing and IP law
Strong negotiation skills with multiple parties
Nice-to-have
Passion for intersection of music business and technology
Experience negotiating with generative AI platforms
Familiarity with international society networks like ASCAP BMI
Ability to design high-quality presentation decks
Proactive approach to integrating Generative AI in work
Key Requirements
Minimum four years transactional legal experience
At least two years direct digital licensing experience
J.D. and active license to practice in relevant jurisdiction
Understanding of AI legal implications and digital media law
