• The Director of Transfer and Adult Services serves as the University’s chief administrator responsible for transfer student success and adult learner engagement, providing strategic leadership for development, implementation, and improvement of transfer pathways and support services.
• This role involves collaborating with academic leadership, advising units, the Registrar, and community college partners to ensure UAPB is a destination institution for transfer and adult students, making credit mobility transparent, efficient, and student-centered.
• Key responsibilities include leading transfer articulation, overseeing onboarding programs, analyzing data to identify barriers and improve student outcomes, and serving as the primary liaison to community colleges and regional partners.
