This role involves collaborating with academic leadership, advising units, the Registrar, and community college partners to ensure UAPB is a destination institution for transfer and adult students, making credit mobility transparent, efficient, and student-centered.
Key responsibilities include leading transfer articulation, overseeing onboarding programs, analyzing data to identify barriers and improve student outcomes, and serving as the primary liaison to community colleges and regional partners.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in higher education
Demonstrated experience with transfer students or adult learners
Working knowledge of transfer articulation and academic policy
