You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, developing policies, and participating in quality assurance and staff development programs.
The role involves providing direct nursing care, coordinating resident care plans, ensuring safety and sanitation, and maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
