This role requires direct supervision of all therapy personnel including licensed therapists, assistants, aides, and students while ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.
The position involves implementing new treatment programs, monitoring outcomes, and coordinating denials management activities to ensure timely submission of claims.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, or SLP required
