This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a Level 1 Trauma Center that is also an Academic Medical Center recognized by U.S. News & World Report.
The role includes an 18% night shift differential and a flat rate weekend differential as part of the compensation package.
Nurses will utilize specialized knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients in a 12-bed Labor and Delivery unit with triage and PACU capabilities.

Must-have
Current valid RN license in Arizona
BLS certification required
Night shift availability 7PM to 7:30AM
Experience in acute care hospital setting
Clinical performance competencies validation
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

Experience with Magnet Recognition standards
Willingness to participate in research activities
Interest in mentoring new graduate nurses
Key Requirements
Valid RN license in state of practice
