The primary purpose of this job is to attend to and greet visitors and answer telephones, limited to clerical duties in the Reception/Administrative area.
Essential duties include providing general administrative and clerical support, checking visitors in, informing employees of arrivals, maintaining logs, handling mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area.
This position requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, clerical functions, and multiline phone systems, with no clinical involvement.
