You will be responsible for the disciplinary and professional leadership of employees in your store, coaching sales processes, and passing on successful sales techniques to the team.
You are responsible for results management and thus for achieving the store's goals, ensuring proper operation and external appearance, and initiating measures to increase customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements
mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung

Erfahrung und Talent für die Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse über Telekommunikationslösungen
Sehr gutes Verständnis über Vertriebsmethodiken/-techniken
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 nach GER)
