This role involves collaborating with academic leadership, advising units, the Registrar, and community college partners to ensure UAPB is a destination institution for transfer and adult students.
Key responsibilities include leading transfer articulation, developing onboarding programs, analyzing data for student success metrics, and managing operational budgets and staff.
