Capital One Travel is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Associate for Accounting focused on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) automation to support the growth of its travel business. The ideal candidate will optimize and automate existing financial processes and should possess a strong analytical background, preferably with experience in accounting and automation technologies

Job Summary

  • Support the rapid growth of our travel business by mapping processes, identifying optimization areas, and building technical solutions.
  • Manage invoice intake, validation, and processing for AP, and support invoicing and collections workflows for AR.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Product, and Business teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and drive initiatives that improve speed, quality, and scalability.
