This position evaluates, designs, develops, tests, performs maintenance, and supports UPS technology assets to improve system reliability and efficiency.
The role serves as a subject matter expert for workforce automation tools and ensures technology solutions comply with UPS IT, Information Security, Privacy, and regulatory requirements.
