7+ years software development experience
Previous Product Owner role in Scrum environment
Leadership and people management experience
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PSPO
Nice-to-have
Certified Agile Leader (CAL) desirable
Pragmatic Certified Product Manager (PCPM)
Experience with Kanban, XP, and FDD
Knowledge of ATDD, TDD, and CI/CD practices
Strong focus on MVP and problem-solving
