The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Programme Coordinator for US Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) Monitoring and Evaluation. The role, based in Washington, D.C., is fully remote and involves coordinating monitoring and evaluation activities for global USRAP operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting data analysis to improve program performance
Job Summary
Coordinate the development, refinement, and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and results‑based management (RBM) frameworks for USRAP programming.
Plan and conduct monitoring missions and real‑time performance assessments through field visits and remote monitoring, ensuring the collection of high‑quality data and the generation of timely analytical insights.
Work closely with relevant units to provide validated evidence and high-quality inputs for donor and institutional reporting, and with the Risk & Compliance function to track, document, and follow up on corrective actions.
