Job Summary

  • The Director, Value & Access, Marketing & Strategy will be aligned to the Oncology business Unit and has accountability for developing, refining and executing innovative, integrated programs across various channels at the time of launches and beyond to drive sustained brand growth.
  • This role requires active engagement with senior leaders, cross functional partners and the entire V&A team to communicate opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness and to establish and administer key business processes.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of professional experience
  • payer marketing & reimbursement tools
  • Previous experience with promotional review committees
  • new product launch or label expansion
  • Experience with Pharmacy and Medical benefit products
  • BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
