Key Requirements
2-5+ Years’ experience in general maintenance
Knowledge of engineering concepts
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability/Willingness to travel up to 60%
Reliable transportation and own basic tools
Ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly
Ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
Ability to see and respond to safety hazardous situations
Ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds
Ability to work in extreme weather
Ability to wear personal protective gear correctly
Proficient in managing maintenance tasks through Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Hands-on experience with Flowpath; transferable skills from similar platforms including Fiix, MaintainX, Hippo CMMS, and ServiceChannel
