Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in Medical Affairs leadership
  • Graduate Business or Medical Degree (MBA, MBBS, PharmD, PhD, MD)
  • Experience building medical capabilities and MSL organizations
  • Proven track record in scientific training design and delivery
  • Experience establishing impact metrics and dashboards
  • Deep understanding of compliance frameworks
  • Experience with CRM, LMS/LXP, content management, BI tools
